Dear students,
We have been talking about protecting the planet and the small things we can do to make the difference. Watch this video that shows how the Government of Brazil is disrespecting the environment and the people from Amazonia… Disgusting!!!
I have no words to express the feeling of revolt this brings to me…
You can learn a little more about the people that is going to be homeless with the construction of a dam in the river Xingu, Amazonia.

Here are some ideas how we can help save our planet with small gestures.
Contributing for recycling by separating our rubbish…
Eating less meat…
Using efficient lamps/energy…
Building energy-efficient homes…
Saving fresh water…
Using less plastic…
Trying to use “green” means of transport…
Using biodegradable products instead of plastic…
Using the rubbish bins and Recycling the rubbish…
Saving energy…
Turning off the electric appliances instead of using the “standby”…
Summing up, there are many small things we can do and they can make a very big difference!!!!
